Everyday brings a new challenge and workouts are changed daily. Workouts can be modified for all individuals and fitness levels.
HB30 • fast-paced conditioning
30 MIN* Short and sweet. This is cardio-conditioning class that combines simple bodyweight movements, dumbbells, kettlebells, with high intensity interval training (HIIT). Get in and out with a sweat. Fast paced for all fitness levels.
barbell club • olympic Weightlifting
60 MIN* A USA Weightlifting sanctioned Barbell Club focusing primarily on the competition lifts: Snatch and Clean + Jerk. Programmed for beginner lifters to competitive athletes. This class will consist of progressions, skills, drills, and daily accessory work.
